MONDAY

This day is designed to observe the operation of our clinic, our patient visit protocols, diagnosis protocols and treatment plans.

In this day we cover general aspects of our treatment philosophy, general aspects of skeletal anchorage in managing complex cases.

TUESDAY

First thing in the morning you will meet with Dr. Friedländer to discuss the cases of patients that you will see during the day, how the diagnosis was made and where the treatment plan is today. Our approach is to always diagnose with 3D images using a CBCT, articulator mounting and a full photographic protocol, the assistants also will learn about the innovations that we propose (our surgical orthodontic protocol in the treatment plans of complex cases).

WEDNESDAY

This day is designed to observe and learn the process of full digital indirect bonding protocol. The assistant will be able to observe and learn from the first step to the last, from taking digital impressions, the placement of brackets in software, the design of the transfer tray, and last, the placement in real *patients.

* We will try that this day there is one or more patients to place the braces, but we hope that you understand that we cannot assure the assistance of these people.

Over 20 years of clinical experience with more than 15 years of exclusive orthodontic practice. Specialist in complex three-dimensional tooth movements using temporary anchorage devices (TADs), miniscrews, and miniplates for distalization, intrusion, and skeletal expansion. Expert in combining skeletal anchorage with aligner therapy for treatment of challenging malocclusions including open bite and impacted teeth.

International lecturer teaching advanced orthodontic biomechanics and skeletal anchorage protocols at conferences across Europe. Professor of interceptive orthodontics and orthopedics in the Master of Pediatric Dentistry at the International University of Catalonia, Barcelona. Specialist in TMJ disorders and interdisciplinary treatment planning combining orthodontics with orthognathic surgery and prosthetics.

DDS from University of Barcelona (2006). Master's degree in Orthodontics from University of Barcelona (2009). Advanced Studies Diploma from University of Barcelona. Certified in Roth-Williams philosophy (FACE postgraduate program) on occlusion and orthodontics. Invisalign certified doctor with hundreds of cases treated.
