Dr. Senyuk is a maxillofacial surgeon. 

He was one of the first surgeons in Russia who started performing orthognathic surgery in the early 2000s. 

He is a Member of the European Association for Cranio-Maxillofacial Surgery and a Chairman of the Maxillofacial Surgery Section of the Russian Association of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgeons. 

He is the head of Face Smile Center, which is one of the very few clinics in Russia specialised in orthognathic surgery.
