– How to place TADs

– Protocols of TADs placement.

Day 2
– Management of open bite
– Management of high angle classes
– Intrusion of the posterior segments against mini implants.

You will practice the acquired knowledge on typodonts.

Dozenten 1

Kieferorthopäde und Forscher mit Sitz in Hongkong sowie Gründer, Präsident und Direktor des Professor Rabie's Institute of Graduate Orthodontics. Sein klinischer und wissenschaftlicher Schwerpunkt umfasst funktionelle Apparaturtherapie bei skelettalen Klasse-II-Malokklusionen, TAD-gestützte Mechaniken mit und ohne Extraktionen, das Management von offenem und tiefem Biss sowie die kraniofaziale Wachstumsreaktion auf funktionelle Kieferorthopädie.

Er war Professor und Leiter des Department of Orthodontics an der Faculty of Dentistry der University of Hong Kong, wo er ein international anerkanntes Forschungsprogramm zu kraniofazialem Wachstum und Kondylenadaptation leitete. Er ist Mitgründer von CloudOrtho, einem Unternehmen für digitale kieferorthopädische Planung. Er veröffentlichte umfangreich im International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Journal of Surgery, Angle Orthodontist, American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics sowie in weiteren indexierten Fachzeitschriften. Er ist mehrfacher internationaler Preisträger für beste veröffentlichte Forschung.
