Keitetsu Kure

Earned DDS from Tokyo Medical and Dental University, followed by a PhD in Periodontology completed through an accelerated track at the same institution. Completed advanced specialty training in periodontics in the United States, including preceptorship and postgraduate program at UTHealth Houston School of Dentistry, earning both a Certificate in Periodontics and MSD. Currently serves as a full-time Associate Professor and Surgical Implant Coordinator at Creighton University School of Dentistry. Active academic and clinical researcher with multiple awards, scholarships, and competitive research grants throughout his career. Published author in high-impact peer-reviewed journals and book chapters, with international conference presentations including recognition at the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) Annual Meeting (Straumann Best Poster Award).
