Video guides will give you the most practical information on the use of digital surgical templates in implantation.
With a lecturer, you will participate in 9 treatment operations:
– partial edentulous
– full edentulous
– implantation with severe atrophy of bone tissue.
Using the example of real operations, you will analyze the following steps:
– diagnostics and digital planning
– modeling of the surgical template
– fixation of the surgical template
– implantation
– fitting and fixation of temporary/permanent orthopedic structures.
To appreciate the high-quality and detailed shooting, we suggest that you familiarize yourself with the trailers of this training.
Lektion 1.All-on-4 protocol on mandible
– Digital treatment planning
– Simulation of the surgical guide
– Determination of the size and position of implants
– Atraumatic lower incisors removal
– Preparation of abutment teeth for fixation of the surgical guide
– Installation and fixation of the surgical guide using pins
– All-on-4 protocol on mandible:
- Mucosal preparation
- Drilling protocol
- Installation of implants: speed, torque, nuances of work.
– Removal of abutment teeth
– Installation of multi-units
– Fitting and fixation of temporary prosthetics.

– Intraoral scanning and creation of a digital model of the patient
– Positioning of implants

– Virtual tooth extraction to recreate the postoperative site
– Making temporary prosthesis before surgery

- Mucosal preparation
- Atraumatic tooth extraction
