Implantologe und Prothetiker in Vollzeit-Privatpraxis in Zürich seit 1988, dessen klinische Tätigkeit ausschließlich Implantatchirurgie, implantatgetragene Prothetik und Knochenaugmentationsverfahren umfasst. Er zählt zu den erfahrensten Schweizer Spezialisten für Einzelzahn- und Full-Arch-Implantattherapie mit mehr als 35 Jahren kontinuierlicher Praxis und einer großen prospektiven klinischen Datengrundlage hinter seinen Publikationen.
Er ist Autor wegweisender peer-reviewter Studien, darunter eine 2007 in Clinical Oral Implants Research veröffentlichte longitudinale Nachbeobachtung über 1 bis 7 Jahre zu verzögert versus sofort belasteten implantatgetragenen Restaurationen im Seitenzahnbereich, sowie Mitwirkender am ITI-Konsens zu Implantatbelastungsprotokollen. Er ist Clinical Director und Mitglied der Swiss Society of Reconstructive Dentistry, SSRD. ITI Fellow und ITI Study Club Director in Zürich. Dr. med. dent., University of Zurich.
