Eigentümer und Prothetiker in Privatpraxis in Lexington, Massachusetts (seit 1987), fokussiert auf umfassende prothetische Rehabilitation, Implantatprothetik und Behandlung temporomandibulärer Störungen (TMD) mittels computerisierter Okklusionsanalyse. Ehemaliger Clinical Professor an der Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Department of Restorative Dentistry (1985-1998), unterrichtete festsitzende und herausnehmbare Prothetik.
Über 42 Jahre klinische Erfahrung in Prothetik mit Spezialisierung auf digitale Okklusion und TMD-Management. Weltweit führender Experte für das T-Scan Digital Occlusal Analysis System, führt seit 1990 Originalforschung über die Rolle von Okklusion und Disklusionszeit beim chronischen myofaszialen Schmerzdysfunktionssyndrom durch. Pionier und akademischer Befürworter digital gemessener Okklusion, demonstriert, dass computerisierte Okklusionsanalyse überlegene Genauigkeit im Vergleich zu traditionellen Artikulationspapier-Methoden bietet. Entwickler der Therapieprotokolle Immediate Complete Anterior Guidance Development (ICAGD) und Disclusion Time Reduction für TMD-Behandlung.
Autor von über 100 begutachteten Publikationen in Zeitschriften einschließlich Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry, Journal of Craniomandibular and Sleep Practice, Quintessence International, Practical Periodontics and Aesthetic Dentistry, Compendium of Continuing Education in Dentistry, und International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Implants.
