Цель вебинара - показать, когда и как использование ксенотрансплантата коллагена является эффективным альтернативным методом лечения рецессий десны, где традиционно показан трансплантат соединительной ткани.
Взятие трансплантата из области нёба все еще остается болезненной процедурой. Использование коллагеновых матриц для устранения рецессии десны дает хороший результат. Вебинар покажет пределы и возможности использования таких биоматериалов в качестве замены трансплантатов мягких тканей, будут описаны лучшие хирургические процедуры для достижения оптимальных результатов.

Derzeit verantwortlich für den Continuing Education Course in Periodontal Plastic Surgery an der Humanitas University, Mailand, Italien. Wissenschaftlicher Direktor von DentalMedTV, einem italienischen Web-TV-Kanal für Zahnmedizin. Privatpraxis bei Sicor in Turin, ausschließlich auf parodontale und implantologische Chirurgie beschränkt.
Autor mehrerer Publikationen in internationalen peer-reviewten parodontalen und implantologischen Fachzeitschriften. Mitautor zusammen mit Dr. Giuseppe Corrente der italienischsprachigen Lehrbücher Impianti Post-estrattivi Immediati und Rialzo del Seno Mascellare per Via Crestale. Mitautor von vier Kapiteln in internationalen zahnmedizinischen Lehrbüchern. Träger des H.M. Goldman Prize for Clinical Research in Periodontology der Italian Society of Periodontology im Jahr 2000 und des EAO Prize for Clinical Research in Implantology im Jahr 2010. Active Member der Italian Society of Periodontology und der Italian Academy of Osseointegration. MD, DDS.
