- Retreatment procedures: Presentation of a new and predictable retreatment protocol including a new 3D NiTi technology.
- Cleaning/irrigation: A comprehensive and evidence-based irrigation protocol will be discussed
- Managing separated endodontic files: Treatment planning using CBCT to remove separated instruments. Predictable clinical protocol for dislodging and removing broken instruments. Techniques for use of ultrasonic tips, XP-endo files, the IRS system, the Terauchi File Retrieval Kit.
- Perforations: Treatment of coronal and apical perforations using a pre-mixed bioceramic material.

Über 30 Jahre spezialisierte klinische Erfahrung mit Schwerpunkt auf komplexer endodontischer Revision, Management gebrochener Instrumente, Perforationen und chirurgischer Endodontie. Klinischer Instruktor an der Carl Zeiss Academy of Microscopy in Deutschland seit 2010.
Associate Professor am Department of Endodontics, University of Oslo (1991-2010). Adjunct Visiting Professor bei postgradualen endodontischen Programmen an der University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (2006-2015) und University of Pennsylvania. Internationaler Dozent mit Präsentationen evidenzbasierter endodontischer Protokolle weltweit. Autor von über 80 wissenschaftlichen und klinischen Publikationen und Beiträger zu sieben endodontischen Lehrbüchern.
DMD von der University of São Paulo, Brasilien (1987). Certificate in Endodontie von der University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine (1991), wo er den Louis I. Grossman Postdoctoral Award erhielt. PhD in Oral Biology/Endodontics von der University of Oslo (1997), ausgezeichnet mit wissenschaftlichen Preisen von der European Society of Endodontology und Norwegian Dental Association.
