Inventor of the Marco Rosa appliance for rapid palatal expansion anchored on deciduous teeth in mixed dentition, enabling early skeletal correction without touching permanent teeth. Pioneer in developing protocols for aesthetic and functionally justified space closure in agenesis cases. Winner of 2016 Dewel Memorial Award from American Association of Orthodontists.

Primary research interests include minimally invasive early treatment without permanent tooth extraction, biomechanical solutions for challenging cases, and long-term stability of early interventions.
