Broken file retreival from a lower molar

This is a retreatment case of a lower first molar, reffered for the broken file retreival after several previous attempts to remove it without the use of magnification.

We succesfully managed to remove the broken file, but unfortunately a previous apical perforation was found. The original canal was also found and both of them were sealed with MTA.

The treatmant was done in a single visit under the operating microscope.
