Una de las cualidades de todo buen ortodoncista es la paciencia, y cuando se trata de la consolidación de arcos debemos tenerla, la ortodoncia no funciona como una receta de cocina debemos dejar que los arcos trabajen que se exprese toda la información contenida en ellos.
No solo debemos pensar en alineamiento y nivelación tenemos que comprender que alineamos y nivelamos fosas, surcos y crestas para de esta manera reproducir todas las líneas observadas en una oclusión fisiológica saludable.
