Derzeit verantwortlich für den Continuing Education Course in Periodontal Plastic Surgery an der Humanitas University, Mailand, Italien. Wissenschaftlicher Direktor von DentalMedTV, einem italienischen Web-TV-Kanal für Zahnmedizin. Privatpraxis bei Sicor in Turin, ausschließlich auf parodontale und implantologische Chirurgie beschränkt.
Autor mehrerer Publikationen in internationalen peer-reviewten parodontalen und implantologischen Fachzeitschriften. Mitautor zusammen mit Dr. Giuseppe Corrente der italienischsprachigen Lehrbücher Impianti Post-estrattivi Immediati und Rialzo del Seno Mascellare per Via Crestale. Mitautor von vier Kapiteln in internationalen zahnmedizinischen Lehrbüchern. Träger des H.M. Goldman Prize for Clinical Research in Periodontology der Italian Society of Periodontology im Jahr 2000 und des EAO Prize for Clinical Research in Implantology im Jahr 2010.
