Objetivos de aprendizaje: identificar y tratar patologías de la ATM que pueden afectar los resultados del tratamiento, requiriendo cirugía con o sin deformidades dentofaciales asociadas.
– Técnica de anclaje Mitek para reposicionamiento de discos;
– Planificación quirúrgica virtual para cirugía ortognática;
– Cirugía de ATM y cirugía ortognática concomitantes;
– Resorción Interna de condilar en adolescentes;
– Hiperplasia condilar tipo 1 y tipo 2;
– Técnica quirúrgica para la colocación de prótesis totales del ATM;
– Condiciones que requieren prótesis del ATM totales: artritis reactiva, trauma, tumores, anquilosis;
– Deformidades craneofaciales (microsomia hemifacial, síndrome de Treacher-Collins, etc.);
– Enfermedades del tejido conectivo/autoinmunes (AIJ, AR, artritis psoriásica, etc.).
